To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on ter555, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
ter555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice, and any Balance may be retained pending satisfactory verification.
Each User may maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid and active email address, and your current residential address. You must promptly update this information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ter555 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify ter555 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].
Accounts registered by Indonesian players operate in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) by default. Currency conversion charges may apply for transactions originating in other currencies.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise grant any third party access to your Account. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate Account termination.
ter555 operates KYC verification procedures in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. All Users are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed and, in certain cases, before deposits above specified thresholds are accepted.

Standard KYC reviews are completed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB). ter555 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges, restrict deposits, or permanently close any Account where a User fails or refuses to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe. Funds held in such Accounts may be frozen pending resolution of identity verification requirements.
ter555 supports deposits via all major Indonesian banking institutions and electronic wallet platforms. Accepted payment methods include but are not limited to BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
Deposits made through approved payment channels are typically credited to your Account Balance within seconds to five (5) minutes of payment confirmation. During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to thirty (30) minutes. ter555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per period may vary by payment method and Account verification status. Verified Accounts may qualify for increased deposit limits subject to responsible gaming assessments.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties, including family members, are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Any winnings derived from third-party deposits may be forfeited.
ter555 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees in accordance with their terms of service. These charges are your sole responsibility.
Withdrawals of Real-Money Balance are available to all verified Account holders. Withdrawal requests are subject to account KYC status, active wagering requirements, and fraud prevention review.
Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to your bank's internal processing times. ter555 targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests received before 20:00 WIB on business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per week, and are communicated within your Account dashboard. High-value withdrawal requests above defined thresholds may require enhanced documentation and additional processing time.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your legal name. ter555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
If any active Bonus Funds are present in your Account with outstanding wagering requirements, the relevant Bonus Balance and associated Real-Money Balance may be withheld until wagering requirements are fulfilled or the Bonus is forfeited at your election.
ter555 offers various bonus programs, promotional campaigns, and loyalty rewards to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, and by accepting a bonus, you agree to be bound by those terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or turnover requirements). This means that Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly at the time each bonus is offered. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
Bonuses are available to eligible Users as defined in each promotional offer. ter555 reserves the right to decline a bonus claim or revoke a credited bonus if it determines that the User does not meet eligibility criteria, has abused the bonus system, or has created multiple Accounts to obtain bonuses multiple times.
Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino table games, sports betting, and specialty games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual bonus terms. Please review contribution tables carefully before claiming any bonus.
ter555 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and coordinated exploitation of promotional offers. Any Account found engaging in such activity will be subject to immediate suspension, bonus forfeiture, and potential Account closure without notice.
You agree to use the ter555 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and possible referral to law enforcement authorities:

Any unauthorized use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offense.
The ter555 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of the Company. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right or license to use any trademark, trade name, logo, or other brand feature of ter555 without prior written authorization.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ter555, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
ter555 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services. ter555 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer operations that have been independently audited for fairness. ter555 does not guarantee any specific outcome, payout, or return on any wager. Participation in gaming activities involves inherent financial risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds wagered.
The Platform integrates third-party payment processors, game studios, and software providers. ter555 accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, errors, or technical failures of any third-party service provider, including delays in payment processing caused by banking institutions such as BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or by e-wallet operators including OVO, DANA, or GoPay.
In any event where ter555 is found liable despite the exclusions above, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Balance held in your Account at the time the liability arose, or Rp 5.000.000 (five million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is the lesser amount.
ter555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine at our sole discretion that:
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real-Money Balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon Account termination for any reason, all Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress are immediately forfeited. Real-Money Balances may be withheld pending investigation if the termination was initiated due to suspected fraud or Terms violation. These provisions survive termination of your Account and of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. ter555 operates under international licensing frameworks and complies with globally accepted standards for player protection, data security, and fair play.
In the event of any dispute arising between you and ter555 in connection with your Account or any transaction, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving all disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be referred to an independent arbitration process in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and ter555 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements.
ter555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by email to the address associated with your Account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect fourteen (14) calendar days after the notification date unless a shorter period is required by legal or regulatory obligation.
